Information You Provide To Choyce Group
In General. While Choyce Group does not generally require that you provide us with personally identifiable information in order to visit and use the Choyce Group Websites, please note that in order to participate in some activities, such as sweepstakes, contests and other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) and chat rooms or bulletin boards, we may ask you to provide information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you personally (such as first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number or possibly, a picture) ("Personal Information"). We may also ask you to provide other information about yourself, such as demographic information (such as gender, geographic region, age, etc.) or certain information about your preferences and interests. If you choose not to provide such Personal Information or other information to us, you may not be able to participate in certain activities we offer. Individuals Under 13. The Choyce Group Websites are open to all individuals, though some Promotions may have age restrictions. We do not knowingly collect or permit the collection, storage or use of any Personal Information from anyone under 13. Information Choyce Group Collects Automatically
In addition to any Personal Information or other information that you choose to provide to us via the Choyce Group Websites, whenever you visit or interact with the Choyce Group Websites, Choyce Group automatically collects certain information such as your IP address and/or another unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device ("Device") you use to access the Choyce Group Websites and any referring website. (A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers. Our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.) Some mobile service providers may also provide us or our third-party service providers with information regarding the physical location of the Device used to access the Websites.
In addition, Choyce Group, as well as certain third-party analytics and other service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how you use the Choyce Group Websites ("Usage Information"). Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
The technologies used on the Choyce Group Websites to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, may include:
Cookies. "Cookies" (which may be html files, Flash files or other technology) are small text files that help store user preferences and activity. A Cookie is placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Choyce Group Websites or otherwise access our online offerings. Social Media Applications
Functionality on the Choyce Group Websites may permit interactions between such Choyce Group Websites and a third-party website, such as enabling you to “like” a product or “share” content to third-party websites. If you choose to “like” or “share” content or to otherwise post information from or via the Choyce Group Websites to a third-party website, feature or application, that information may become public and the third-party web site may have access to information about you and your use of the Choyce Group Websites.
You may also choose to participate in a third party application or feature (such as one of our Facebook applications or a similar application or feature on a third-party website) through which you allow us to collect and share (or the third party to share) information about you, including Personal Information. Uses of the Personal Information Choyce Group Collects
Choyce Group will use the information it collects, including your Personal Information:

The Choyce Group Websites may contain links to other websites that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control. This includes links of advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding agreement. Which personal data do you collect?

The personal data we collect on our site are those you supply during your registration (username, email, address, city, zip code, country, business name, vat id). We also store the ip addresses of the users as part of our logging process.
Additional data maybe supplied (per case) though our contact forms or our ticket system in order to supply advices and solutions.
Which is the scope of the collected personal data?
The data we collect, are either required by the local or EU laws for accounting/fiscal reasons or are necessary for the usage of our site and services.
Specifically, we use these data:

3. To notify them about the expiration of their plan or to inform them for the release of an update.

Your full profile is only accessible by the owner and director of that business (Choyce Group Administrator)
Your username and name can be visible to authorized personnel that offers support.
We do not share or disclose any of your data to any 3rd party. Exception to this rule is sharing information with authorities in case this is requested under a legal basis.
For how long are the data stored?
The data related to non-active users are kept for a maximum of unlimited years on our servers. We consider that there is a high chance that a user may return within this period to renew his plan, in order to keep his sites updated.
After that period all your personal data will be anonymized.
Your Rights (Withdrawal of Consent, Information, Amendment and Deletion)
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. You may send this request through the contact details on this website. However, if you withdraw your consent, you may loose your right to receive discounts for service renewals.
